Access control
Role-based access, unique user accounts, and optional training gates before regulated actions. Administrative privileges are scoped; shared generic accounts are not the intended model.
Hosting
Deployment options: Cloud, On-premises, Hybrid. Data residency and network constraints are decided in discovery. This page does not claim a specific public-cloud region until you publish one.
Data handling
Customer laboratory data is processed to provide the LIMS service under a customer agreement. Marketing-site form data is described in the privacy notice. Backups, encryption in transit, and retention are specified per deployment.
Aureon LIMS is designed to support 21 CFR Part 11 and ISO/IEC 17025 workflows. It is not FDA-approved or “Part 11 certified.” Customers remain responsible for system validation, SOP alignment, and regulatory interpretation in their own quality system.
